Photo Agency Settles With Harry and Meghan Over Photos of Their Son at Home | World News

LOS ANGELES (Reuters) – Britain’s Prince Harry and his wife, Meghan, have reached a settlement with a celebrity photo agency that took unauthorized pictures of their young son at home, according to court documents filed on Thursday.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex filed a lawsuit in July alleging that unnamed paparazzi photographers used drones and helicopters to take “illegal” photos of their son, Archie, at the family’s private residence in California when he was 14 months old.

Court documents filed with Los Angeles County Superior Court on Thursday said photo agency X17 had agreed to stop distributing the images, which showed Archie with his maternal grandmother in a garden at the family’s residence, and to turn over the original pictures and all copies.

In addition, X17 apologized to the family.

“We apologize to the Duke and Duchess of Sussex and their son for the distress we have caused,” X17

Father and Son Open New Hardware Store Franchise in Their Neighborhood

Warren Pegram and his stepson, Charlston Austin, have opened an Ace Hardware franchise in their neighborhood in the city of South Fulton, Georgia. It is one of the first hardware stores in their community.

According to the City of South Fulton Observer, the new store is a great addition to the current retail lineup at the Old National Marketplace. Its opening came right on time as the city has been encouraging more small businesses to do business in the area.

The Ace Hardware franchise promises to particularly offer home improvement products that are most needed in the community. Pegram said that unlike other franchises, they will also sell party rental equipment such as commercial grade snow cone machines, inflatables, popcorn machines, and many more.

Austin, who used to work as a former retail account executive, is making sure to connect with the community to know the products they need

Mother, son die in Fremont CA fire after she returns for him

Two women and a teenage girl escaped from a burning two-story California home into the early morning darkness Saturday as flames and smoke engulfed both stories.

Then one of the women, Feda Almaliti, realized her 15-year-old son, Muhammed, who had autism, was still inside, according to a release from the Fremont Fire Department.

She dashed back inside the burning home to look for him. Neither emerged.

Firefighters in Fremont, a San Francisco Bay Area community, arrived a few minutes later and found Feda and Muhammed Almaliti together in a second-floor bedroom, the release says.

“She was embracing Muhammed,” said friend Sarah Trautman, KTVU reported.

Both had life-threatening injuries and were pronounced dead at a local hospital, firefighters say.

“This is a tragic and heartbreaking incident,” Fire Chief Curtis Jacobson said in the release. “Feda Almaliti courageously risked her life to save her son’s. Her actions were selfless and valiant.”

Hafþór Júlíus Björnsson, better known as The Mountain in “Game of Thrones”, has welcomed his first son with wife Kelsey Henson.

Henson gave birth to their baby boy on Sept. 26, as per the actor’s Instagram post yesterday, Sept. 28. The proud father also recalled the day of his son’s birth alongside photos of the two of them in sweet moments with Henson.

He explained that Henson woke him at 6 a.m. since she had been already losing water. As she continued to experience stronger contractions, their midwife advised them to go to a birthing center.

The couple arrived at the clinic before 9:00 a.m. and Henson immediately asked for the birthing pool. When she finally sat in the tub, she quickly began pushing.

“Things escalated super quickly. Throughout it all she did amazing,” Björnsson said. “She

‘You’re in labour aren’t you?’: eventer welcomes baby son straight after show

An eventer who went into labour while attending a show has welcomed a healthy baby son, having made it to the hospital in the nick of time.

Cheshire-based Bonnie Fishburn had been at a show four miles from home with her husband Tom Hollins and miniature Shetland pony Mr Pegs on 20 September – a week before Bonnie’s due date.

“I woke up after midnight and it felt like I was having contractions 20 minutes apart. I had been having Braxton Hicks [false labour pains] earlier in the week so I put it down to the same thing and thought it was a false alarm,” Bonnie told H&H.

“At 6am I got up and bathed Mr Pegs for the show, didn’t tell Tom or my mum Lynn what had happened and we carried on to the show.”

Bonnie said as the morning progressed, the intervals between contractions became shorter.

A Mid-South family recalls having their son only six months into pregnancy

MEMPHIS, Tenn. — The McCain family was very excited when they found out after seven years of marriage, they were expecting.

At the same time, they understood this would be a high-risk pregnancy. Nevertheless, they still saw it as a blessing.

Six months into the pregnancy, Stephania McCain began having contractions. Her son RJ was ready to make his entrance into the world, ahead of schedule.

Stephania said she was caught off guard.

“I was barely six months pregnant,” Stephania said. “I was like, what do you mean?”

Stephania had dilated three centimeters, and there was a tear in the amniotic sack, causing fluid to leak. Her doctors attempted to stop the contractions with no success, and four days later, RJ was born.

He was tiny.

“They were holding him like this,” Stephania said, showing the palms of her hands.

RJ’s doctors knew the best place for him would be

Titans’ Kevin Byard can share home-birth story with his son ‘for the rest of our days’ – Tennessee Titans Blog

NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Kevin Leon Byard IV was due to be born on Aug. 24. But he had his own schedule, coming a day early and forcing his dad, Tennessee Titans safety Kevin Byard, into action.

Byard helped deliver his son at home on Aug. 23 while receiving instructions over the phone from a doula.

Earlier that evening, Byard’s wife, Clarke, started having contractions. But after they subsided, Byard fell asleep — until Clarke’s contractions returned around 10:30 p.m. Byard checked on Clarke before getting some clothes and helping her get dressed. He called the doula to meet them at the hospital.

But then things progressed rapidly.

“I was downstairs getting the car ready then went back upstairs and she was still having pretty bad contractions,”
