Alison Victoria of “Windy City Rehab” is in some serious trouble. After getting sucked into legal scandals involving her former partner, Donovan Eckhardt, she’s parted ways with him and is trying to move on.

But can she? In the episode “Going Big on Berenice,” Victoria has begun working on a huge house on Berenice Street in Chicago, but soon runs into problems. Since Eckhardt was involved in this deal early on, and had allegedly bungled paperwork along the way, a stop-work order was placed on the building. This causes an expensive nine-month delay, and eventually Victoria realizes that she may not turn a profit on this house.

Hilaria Baldwin has revealed Alec stopped off to get pizza while she was having contractions on the way on the hospital, because ‘he gets cranky when he’s hungry’.

The couple welcomed their son, Eduardo Pau Lucas, two-weeks-ago and proudly showed him off via Zoom during their interview on Ellen, set to air on Wednesday.

An Extensive Renovation Reveals Plenty of Design Surprises at This Stately Delancey Place Townhouse

Any home that’s more than 160 years old is bound to have a few secrets. The current owners of 1812 Delancey Place found that out firsthand while renovating their five-floor, approximately 5,000-square-foot townhouse a few years ago. But rather than letting surprises disrupt their plans, they welcomed the chance to repurpose original design elements. “We unearthed a window that had been walled up with several panes of pebble glass intact, black with dirt accumulated after more than a century,” says the lady of the house.

Mum reveals how she completely transformed her ‘grotty old’ kitchen for just $2,000

A mother has revealed how she transformed her ‘grotty old’ kitchen into a luxurious modern space in two months, and the entire DIY project set her back just $2,000.

Australian woman Jennifer Jones said she and her partner spent ‘two months with breaks’ putting together their new kitchen using items from Bunnings Warehouse.

And while it was a lot of effort, the rewards have more than outweighed the blood, sweat and tears.

‘We finally completed our kitchen renovation, and the best part is that we have managed to do that for just under $2k and all ourselves,’ Jennifer posted on Facebook. 

‘A real cheapy, but we put in a lot of love.’
