Hafþór Júlíus Björnsson, better known as The Mountain in “Game of Thrones”, has welcomed his first son with wife Kelsey Henson.
Henson gave birth to their baby boy on Sept. 26, as per the actor’s Instagram post yesterday, Sept. 28. The proud father also recalled the day of his son’s birth alongside photos of the two of them in sweet moments with Henson.
He explained that Henson woke him at 6 a.m. since she had been already losing water. As she continued to experience stronger contractions, their midwife advised them to go to a birthing center.
The couple arrived at the clinic before 9:00 a.m. and Henson immediately asked for the birthing pool. When she finally sat in the tub, she quickly began pushing.

An eventer who went into labour while attending a show has welcomed a healthy baby son, having made it to the hospital in the nick of time.
Cheshire-based Bonnie Fishburn had been at a show four miles from home with her husband Tom Hollins and miniature Shetland pony Mr Pegs on 20 September – a week before Bonnie’s due date.
“I woke up after midnight and it felt like I was having contractions 20 minutes apart. I had been having Braxton Hicks [false labour pains] earlier in the week so I put it down to the same thing and thought it was a false alarm,” Bonnie told H&H.
“At 6am I got up and bathed Mr Pegs for the show, didn’t tell Tom or my mum Lynn what had happened and we carried on to the show.”
Bonnie said as the morning progressed, the intervals between contractions became shorter.

The chapel is located at 3900 Yupon St.
Admission is free, but tickets will be required, and visits will be limited to 30 minutes. The chapel will be open 11 a.m.-4 p.m. Wednesday through Sunday.
The Suzanne Deal Booth Welcome House, located at 1410 Sul Ross St., will serve as the check-in point for visitors. It will also house the Chapel Shop, which sells mementos and gifts.
The renovation was financed by the $30 million “Opening Spaces” campaign. The second phase of the work will include the construction of an administration and archives building, a program center, a guest house and a meditation garden.
