Camping World in Allegheny Township is buzzing with activity.

Amid ongoing construction for a renovation project, the store is also one of 164 locations nationwide hosting the Ultimate RV Show, a virtual event taking place over the course of five days. The event started Wednesday and is running through Sunday.

“It’s a great way to kind of educate the new campers into the market and allow the seasoned campers to review more (RVs) without putting their health at risk,” said Sang Hoang, general manager of the chain’s location in Allegheny Township.

Oppenheimer: 3 Stocks That Could Surge Over 100% From Current Levels

So far, September has been a wild ride of ups and downs. Following the recent bout of volatility, stocks have ticked higher again. But as uncertainty regarding another rescue program and the presidential election continues to linger, where does the market go from here? Weighing in for Oppenheimer, Chief Investment Strategist John Stoltzfus argues that any market dips appear “relatively contained and orderly,” and present longer-term investors the chance to find “babies that got thrown out with the bathwater.” He noted, “For nervous investors the recent downdraft has presented opportunity to take some profits without FOMO (fear of missing out).”As for the tech heavyweights that powered the market’s five-month charge forward, the strategist believes “current expectations that technology stocks will remain under pressure for some time seem exaggerated.” Stoltzfus adds that the “core of technology stocks did not

Apple rolls out virtual fitness service, subscription bundle, catering to pandemic work-from-home

By Stephen Nellis

(Reuters) – Apple Inc <AAPL.O> rolled out a new virtual fitness service and a bundle of all its subscriptions, Apple One, focusing a holiday-season product launch on services that are the backbone of Apple’s growth strategy and that cater to customers working at home during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Apple also introduced a new Apple Watch Series 6 that monitors blood oxygen and will cost $399 and a more basic Apple Watch SE for $279.

But the bevy of incremental updates to existing hardware and subscription price tinkering disappointed investors, with Apple shares closing up 0.2%.

The Apple One bundle will cost $15 per month for an individual plan or $20 per month for a family plan and include television, music and games. Apple is also offering a bundle for $30 per month that adds news, the fitness service and more storage.

“It’s a lot more aggressive pricing

Need Home Repairs During COVID-19? Try a Virtual Service

When my refrigerator started giving me trouble back in April, I went into a full-fledged panic. Though my husband is handy and has tackled many home repair issues in his day, fixing the fridge was a whole different ball game. Luckily, the issue was minor, and a few YouTube videos later, he had it under control.

Now to be clear, it’s not that I’m too cheap to pay a repair person when things in my house break; it’s that at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, I was less than eager to have a stranger enter my home, let alone spend what could’ve been several hours in my kitchen.

And I’m not the only person who feels this way. In fact, even now, months later, many people are doing their best to avoid home repairs in an effort to limit their COVID-19 exposure. One friend of mine just replaced a

How families are converting homes into virtual classrooms

PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio)  Wednesday marks the first day of school for Philadelphia School District students, and families across the city are putting final touches on in-home virtual learning spaces.

“We know that none of this is normal, but I wanted them to have a space that feels creative,” said Haniyyah Sharpe-Brown, who will be working from home while she monitors her eighth-grader and second-grader as they attend digital classes.

Listen Live Now on KYW

“For me, it’s not enough to sit in a room with bare walls or to plop in the dining room,” she explained.

Sharpe-Brown and her husband converted their Northeast Philadelphia basement into a classroom, turning to Pinterest for ideas. When she couldn’t find school desks, she bought two work tables on Amazon and arranged them facing each other.

“I have a wallpaper chalkboard that we can write on with chalk if we need to work

The Best Home Office Gear For Virtual Back-To-School

School’s in session! Well. School at home. The pressure is on for kids to go back to campus, but with Covid spikes showing up at every university and school district dashboards around the country lighting up with cases within days of opening, it seems that there was a very good reason why we shut down schools in the spring.

So maybe that “kids don’t get Covid” trope was really more of a “we didn’t shove kids together, so they didn’t catch Covid from each other.”

School at home isn’t easy for the kids or for you. But at the very least you can make a comfortable, happy, and most of all, safe space for your kids to ease back into the school year.
