James Patterson’s Murder Thy Neighbor (8 p.m., Investigation Discovery) – This new true crime series tells stories of quarrels between neighbors that turn deadly. It starts with three new episodes tonight.

48 Hours (10 p.m., CBS) – The new season starts with a story of a Florida home renovation project that turned into a nightmare. Authorities suspect that an expensive home renovation in Orlando may have led to the murder of Shanti Cooper, at the hands of her husband, David Tronnes.

The company has recently announced its Realme 7 and Realme 7 Pro smartphones and the company has already started rolling out a new firmware update with version number RMX2151_11_A.43, according to a report by GSMarena.
The new firmware update is rolling out via OTA and it weighs around 300MB. The update brings several new improvements to the smartphone such as 64MP Pro mode, which is already present in the Realme 7 Pro smartphone, overall rear camera quality optimization including outdoor and night mode shots.
The latest build also brings a decimal point display for fast charging on lock screen as well as Amazon Alexa support and optimisations

Android 11 starts rolling out today with improvements to notifications, privacy, 5G, and more

The first Developer Preview for Android 11 landed in February of this year, and Google has continued to iterate and add new features across several more Developer Previews and Betas. As revealed earlier this summer at the start of Google’s “11 weeks of Android” promotion, the stable version of Android 11 has arrived, ready for public consumption and rolling out to Google Pixel devices.

Google said in an announcement today, “from adjusting our APIs to ease [compatibility], changes from your Beta feedback, even little goodies like Kotlin nullability enhancements, we’ve worked really hard to make it a stronger release for developers like you. We hope you like it as much as we do, and wanted to extend a special thank you for all of your work, even as we all found new ways of working together.”

City starts $810,000 renovation project at Oneula Beach Park this week

    Reconstruction of the access road and parking lots at Oneula Beach Park is to begin this week.

A capital improvement project to reconstruct the access road and parking lots at Oneula Beach Park in Ewa Beach is scheduled to begin this week, city officials said, and expected to be done by spring.

The popular park, also known as Hau Bush, currently remains closed due to COVID-19 mitigation efforts, although standalone comfort stations and outdoor showers remain open during regular hours.

The approximately $810,000 project — awarded to Peterson Bros. Construction Inc. – includes new, seal-coated asphalt pavement, concrete sidewalks and curbs, traffic signs and speed bumps, and Americans with Disabilities Act parking stall improvements. Five kiawe trees damaging the roadway will also be removed.

When done, the three renovated parking lots will offer nearly 60 regular and five ADA-compliant stalls.
