Assistant DA dismisses disorderly conduct charge against man who allegedly assaulted Judge Wolff inside Lowe’s

Judge Nelson Wolff said he went to give the customer his card and said the man knocked it out of his hand before taking off from the store.

SAN ANTONIO — District Attorney Joe Gonzales has dismissed the disorderly conduct charge against the San Antonio man who allegedly assaulted Bexar County Judge Nelson Wolff inside a Lowe’s Home Improvement store

The man accused of the incident turned himself in after officials said he allegedly assaulted Judge Wolff inside the store in June. He was arrested on a warrant for assaulting a peace officer/judge, which is a 2nd degree felony. 

However, just a few hours later, the charge was reduced to a Class C misdemeanor. The LaHood Norton Law Group said they would be representing the man.

Google Assistant devices and cast targets can now be added to and removed from multi-room audio on the fly

For those of you who use your Assistant-equipped Smart Displays and speakers to broadcast music around different rooms of the house at the same time, Google has made a small improvement. Devices and cast targets can now be added and removed on the fly without creating new groups, which should make things a little more convenient for some.

Google has made small improvements to multi-room audio as time has gone by, including individual speaker volume control and the ability to change a cast target or cast to an already created group. This latest update, however, allows you to “dynamically group multiple cast-enabled Nest devices (speakers, Smart Displays, Chromecasts) in real-time to fill multiple rooms with music.” What this means is that you no longer need to pre-create groups to determine which devices/rooms the audio will be sent to; instead, you can simply choose which devices you want to have audio
